Company history

Roger Rich & Co was formed in London in 1984 and moved to Chipping Norton in 1990.

At Roger Rich & Co all claims are dealt with by a team of claims technicians and administrative staff.

From the outset the company have focused on the traditional values of being a provider in the service industry and above all quality of service comes first. Our performance standards and our impartial assessment of the losses entrusted to us are matters that are not controlled by the demands of a budget sheet but by the satisfaction derived from providing the highest standard service possible to the consumer.

We offer a full range of services to the insurance industry which include:

Traditional loss adjusting activities in the non-marine, commercial, liability and household sectors, accident and health and travel

Volume claims handling and management in the field and at desk top level

A competitive and versatile fee structure adaptable to the requirements of our varied client base

Our client base is varied and embraces the Lloyd’s and London company markets together with panel insurers and captives.
